Excellent communication, straightforward and courteous manner, first class service
The consultation and people involved made sure that I had nothing to worry about. They advised me of the best options etc. But were never forceful in there approach which to me personally I found extremely engaging.
Rybrook Warwick were outstanding. I visited this centre as they were offering an exceptional deal on the M Performance Power and Sound Kit. My initial enquiry was via Lloyd with Jack as the SA during my visit. Both staff were a credit to BMW.

Tyre pressure warning lights came on next day when over 100 miles from home. Wouldn't reset so took to BMW in Warrington. Each tyre was 3 to 4 PSI below correct pressure

Not advised that the key had been reset. I have had a couple of near misses because the unlock buttons for the tailgate are not as I programmed them, so when I want to open the glass hatch, the whole boot has opened instead hitting a wall

Unable to conclude issue relating to bluetooth connectivity which is a key feature. Appreciate that the team needed more time which I was not able to give on this occasion but I do need to get the issue fixed.

Very highly motivated team. Jack Rawlings is an exceptional 'Luxury Brand Specialist' and service consultant. There is a great rapport with all levels of management and Lee Beacon, Head of Business is always available for discussion.
It took over 15 mins from arrival both when I brought the car in and when I collected to seeing the booking in/out person. This in my opinion is too long.

Expensive diagnostic costs, little effort to take my case to BMW, I was collected in a small Peugeot hatchback and then kept waiting for a long time to get my car back. If I'd known, I'd have walked. I think my car's problem was fixed.

My car was recalled, work was completed whilst I waited. Waiting time was exactly as I had been advised, and work was completed with no charge. A comfortable lounge to wait in with free wifi, a TV, computers and complimentary drinks.
Collect and drop off service and car was cleaned as well
Having to wait for an unspecified amount of time at both drop off and pick up. 8.30am drop off I waited for at least 7mins awaiting anyone to acknowledge me despite counting at least 8 members of staff walking around the showroom.

This time I was not being informed with an update, I had to phone mid afternoon to seek an update when I was told that my car would not be ready which left me without car and my job requires me to have a car due to visits to client's.

Did not find anything wrong with the person I saw when booking in. Just a bit disappointed that I did not get the automatic courtesy car, as I have hip problems and the clutch is heavy for me.

I was having winter tyres swapped for summer. 1st appointment was postponed as I was enroute as my tyres had been shipped back to BMW for storage! 2nd appointment was very good but the score reflects the whole experience to get the tyres swapped.

Lack of communication at bookings and follow up
Battery was changed without a problem, but as an addition, a small piece of interior trim had come loose, they refitted it without being asked.
Booked for front pads. Told it would be around 1.5 hours - opted to wait. Arrived early for my 12:00 appointment. At 1:20 the service advisor advise that it needed front pads and discs. Should have been told the car was ready not just starting!

Considering this was the first service basically an oil change I believe the service charge was excessive.

Unfortunately my local BMW dealership could not take my car in for over two weeks, this made me look further a field and settled on Rybrook (30miles away), they offered one week booking, first class service plus MOT on the day.
All people I interect with at the showroom are always very professional, always made to feel that my custom is valued.
