Stress free experience. My vehicle was serviced as planned, with a great courtesy car provided at the fixed price that has been agreed. The dealership provides a welcoming and friendly environment that instills trust.
It would have been completely satisfied but the Service Overdue indicator is still. It was not reset.
They worked hard to get me the deal I wanted on a new car, were polite and curteous and went out of their way to make it a success.

Vehicle health check and mot done while I waited - all on time and vehicle washed. Always treated as a valued customer( have used bmw for years- have owned 5 of them since 1996.)

Car interior not completely cleaned
There was a time delay from been shown to a seat and waiting to be seen to book the car in.
Such service experience as I had (admittedly very limited one ) was performed speedily or , when it necessitated somewhat longer time, the car vwas collected from my home and returned to me at no extra cost to me.

I lead a very busy life and they should have checked that the faults were corrected before returning the car. Additionally, in the past when I have driven Audi A8s I was always given a large courtesy car. I was given a small x3 for two days.
the day went very well with no complications and the car was returned in pristine condition.
Rybrook Warwick resolved my warranty issues without hesitation, spotted a nail in my tyre and provided a brand new courtesy car. 5/5 if the courtesy car was more similar to my own though.

The Service Department staff were very helpful and informative and the problematic cold start problem with my car was repaired and tested.

I rushed back to collect my car as the car I had needed returning for a test drive. On reaching BMW my car wasnt ready, so I went out of my way to return a car when mine wasnt ready to be released
The welcome light fault on my car was fixed within a couple of days and Jodi was excellent in letting me lnow what was going on etc
Issue was quickly identified and a number of options given to me as to how to proceed. Car was fixed with no inconvenience to me. Future accessories priced up at the same time.Friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic friendly staff
Car was sorted quickly and an internal and external clean on top. They communicated efficiently with me to keep me updated on progress.

Always have a short meeting with the service team to agree what work is required, how long it will take, and if I wait on site I am able to get on with my work using wi-fi, and I am looked after. I always feel like an important customer.

Everything was fine. I had an issue with a wheel corroding. Ended up changing all 4 wheels and did the software up date at the same time.
Long waiting times; hard to speak with someone from service (called 4 times until I got an answer); high prices; car went out from the service without some of the configurations & options

I was informed about what was going on and also lent a car to get back home for the afternoon so that I could pick the children up from school.
Promised a high quality loan car and was given a bottom of the line 1 series. Ask for the wiper blades to be replaced and they werent.

Always go the extra mile to be accommodating (even though I did gat the day wrong!). It is important to me that the service staff are consistent - I see the same faces every time I go in (and have done for the last ten years) which is reassuring.
One faul, whilst informed it had been corrected, it had not and the vehicle has to go in again.
Attention to detail, Advanced Car Eye wires all unplugged with no signs of inside windscreen being cleaned or wiped. (Why)!You need to look at who ever cleans your vehicles, especially under the front and rear wheel arch lips, no touched.

At Rybrook I was told I was not entitled to satnav map updates due to my cars age (November 2015). I phoned the BMW information team who told me I was entitled until 2018 and they provided download instructions. Why didn't Rybrook team know/check?

I turned up needing a headlight bulb replacing which they did straight away. The car also needed the headlights realigning which was done a few days later, all very friendly and efficient.

Salesman great, he unfortunately wasn't there when I picked up car & the man that dealt with me sold me the wrong GAP insurance (asked for 4 yrs and got 3). Car also didn't have navigation code and I was misinformed as to when and how I would get it.
We were kept informed at each stage of the purchase and delivery and staff were flexible to accommodate us.
The sales team bent over backwards to give us the deal we wanted within our budget. Always helpful and did what it said on the tin.
