short notice appointment provided to resolve Ad Blue requirement
The customer service was first class but unfortunately the repair failed leaving the vehicle in a worse state than before. The first opportunity offered to get the car back in was more than 2 weeks which was unacceptable. I would have expected better

The service itself was great, my disappointment was the price quoted for a replacement tyre. I was quoted £330 for a tyre that I could get fitted on my drive the next day for £225. Agent unable to match price, you lost revenue.
Because the service department under Steve's leadership are genuinely keen to. Give good service, and also communicate well, and keep me up to date whilst my car is in for service.
the service was really good, I have had to rebook, but that's because an unusual part needs to be ordered (sunroof frame), rebooking done with a courtesy car arranged.

Car was booked in, curtsy car provided, the service was done and the MOT, which was free to me as I purchased the car from Rybrook Warwick. Picked up the car all clean. Perfect day no problems.

Having used Sytner Coventry & Birmingham numerous times previously it was so refreshing to find a proper dealership that treated you as a valued customer, not a cash cow.I wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found them.

Great service in general but a bit annoyed the dashcam was disconnected by the service technicians without my approval and not reconnected or mentioned to me. Didnt realise it had been disconnected which may have affected my insurance

It was a recall for airbag and I was on a time schedule for school run etc.done and dusted well ahead of time for me to get to school pick up.

Would have been top marks if it wasnt for the dash cam being disabled. If Rybrook are going to unplug the dash cam, they should either plug it back in when they have finished or at least tell me that they have unplugged it.

Problem with audio jack reported when car collected but not checked. Discussed post service and advised Id be sent a quote for replacement part but not received.

Well organized overall, but forgot to update the car computer on the service done, so I had to go in again to get it rectified.
I think that the costs of a major service and wheel align are very expensive. The staff were very courteous but I was told that I would be contacted when my car was ready.I was not -it was ready at 1210hrs and I had to phone after 1500hrs to find out
Coordination of my after sales / warranty requirements was handled efficiently whilst I was out of the country and the car returned home for when I was back.

Everything that needed to be done was done
The car is due for a service in 3000 miles. This visit was for a MOT and brake fluid change. The test and brake fluid change was done, the car was cleaned and returned in an excellent condition.
I went to BMW to have headlight bulb changed, computer system down, so no invoice could be printed. I was told it would come through the post but its been 3 weeks now and I have not received it. Only a small issue but this is a survey.
Its great to have someone pick up and return the car when its being serviced, however if my car is being picked up at 830 I don't understand why I have to wait until 530 for it to be returned. It would have been helpful to keep me informed on when

During service was called to be advised that air con service required as BMW state this must be carried out ever 2 years, but it's not part of the 4 year service plan sold with the car. If it's a must be done surely it should be part of the plan?
The vehicle was in for MOT, Full Service and Brake Fluid Service. So the car has been thoroughly checked. Yet I have to return in a month to have the Vehicle Check carried out, which is inconvenient. Why can't these be synchronised?
Rybrook always goes the 'extra mile' in customer service. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them, unlike my local BMW dealer.

The person in the service department was excellent.
You have to trust any company to do the servicing as stipulated by the manufacturer. I have dealt with Rybrook Motors for many years and have not found any deviation from BMW's recommendations.
Rybrook were very prompt, sympathetic and helpful in dealing with my boot that I could not open. I needed the car to go on holiday.
For the reasons above really. Plus I couldn't get away from work and so couldn't get back till 7pm to pick my car up but that was fine too

Smooth and easy transaction only slight niggle is that service department seemed very thin on staff, they what time people have said they will drop off cars but people waiting as only 2 advisers working one of which wasn't dealing with any customers!

Service advisor had no idea about my car, didn't have the paperwork handy, she also tried to give me a manual car having booked an auto/suggested I wait for several hours for a car to be available, never sent me rust clean for running boards
The service work was done on time and the car was returned clean but the drivers floor mat had been changed without my knowledge and the mat does not completely fit correctly. it is also unfixed and moves about. The original mat was much better.
They collected my car and returned it whilst I was away on holiday.
Some of the service I have received deserves 5 stars particularly when I bought it. However on two occasions I have been told someone would call me back and these never happened and I had to chase
The handover made my wife and I feel special - I even took photographs to mark the occasion. The salesman and manager supported us every step of the journey and beyond ( we even had a call asking us how we were getting on).
The experience I encountered at this BMW Centre (Rybrook Warwick) was 5 Star and the staff were all courteous, polite and welcoming. The atmosphere at this BMW Centre was nice, whereas other BMW Centres have seemed rather sterile and unwelcoming.
