Rude staff member who too keys, made to feel like I knew nothing about the car and had to prove there was an issue before it would be looked at
Timing was perfect and everything was completed on time and I felt well looked after.
The team did all they could to resolve the issues.
No one called me after leaving a message to find out when my car would be ready so had to chase. When I did call again I asked how much for the repairs and told I'd have to wait till tomorrow so picked the car up the next day.
Evidence of high costs at the dealership. My car was not clean when returned.

I was told that the sales department would be open Easter Sunday to collect my car. This was from 2 independent people. This was not the case when I needed my car and the dealership wasn't open.
Car still not ready for collection. However, staff have been polite and always kept me informed

Warranty work requested on squealing front brakes and driver's seat squeak not carried out. Velour mat on driver's side left completely soaked, requiring 2 days to dry out. Paperwork for service pack bought on the day still not received.

Efficient and given me a new BMW 3 series as a courtesy (which I asked for), but did not solve my outstanding problem of the weak Comfort opening problem I have since I bought the car brand new. They just changed the remote's battery. Problem remains
No hassle, great customer service and the work was carried out promptly with the car returned on time.
Would have been 5 stars but had to chase them to see if my car was ready. Service person I dealt with was on his day off and job had been given to someone else. Called enquiring when it'll be ready, as I had a 60 mile journey to get there.

As to be expected I can't fault the service I received when purchasing the vehicle, however the after sales service has been poor. I certainly didn't expect this level of incompetence from a brand such as BMW.

Again I am not happy at being asked to pay more than I was expecting which was not prior approved. This is sharp practise to say the least.
They got the job done
I only knocked 1 star because as soon as I opened the car the following morning I was alerted to the fact the key fob battery need replacing. Other than that a good service.
Very simple and straightforward
The service adviser was efficient and the vehicle was ready as expected.
Yet again the service is excellent. An impressive dealership from the point you arrive at reception to the driver that collects you. Service is very good and I know this is not accidental as the service has been top draw for a good while.

Twice resolved problems with my car that a dealer closer to me was unable to diagnose. Also found Rybrook easier to deal with.
Efficient trouble free service
The service was outstanding, however two months after buying the car, a light went. I took the car into the bmw garage in Leamington who said I needed new front tyres. Not changed yet but didn't expect this given it had been through recent checks.

Failed to notice badly corroded wheels at end of warranty inspection - I have the pictures. If they missed the obvious how well can they have done the hard stuff?
Would have given 5 stars but wasn't kept informed of progress. I had to phone several times and was eventually given progress information when the manager took responsibility.

First Class as always
Fixed the issue with my car first time. Kept me up to date and persevered with fixing the rattle on my car even though it wasn't immediately obvious what was causing it.
My BMW had a leak in September last year and under warranty was repaired. I was very disappointed that I had to pay £80 because there was a suspected oil leak again.
The cost of parts is so far out of kilter with the open market to make it off putting to use. For example tyres were 20% more expensive than an on you driveway service for the same tyre and that was after an initially higher price.

I recently brought the car in for a service. it is always an irritation when you get back into your car and someone else has messed around with the seat settings and the radio and not put them back the way they were left when the car was brought in!

Fast, efficient, friendly service
only room for improvement is that there doesnt seem to be enough Loan cars, when you are paying such a premium for a bmw and inflated prices for work to be done i think there really should be less wait times if a loan car is needed.
The salesperson Sam Smith was very patient and professional. The ordering and collection experience were excellent. No EU-Delivery was offered, some disappointing, but not affecting overall.
I had to wait for my car, I could work in a pleaset area, with good facilities. The service was quick. My car was clean and looked like new following service and all details regarding service were explained to me.
The service provided was excellent, staff brilliant, I am still however worried as my oil light keeps coming on. This has been checked three times now and all allegedly is fine however the problem persists.

Service was great staff very good. I waited while my car was serviced and found the music intrusive while trying to work
I felt the problem took an unreasonable amount of time (7 days) to resolve given the solution was a software update. The brake pads were also changed without Rybrook contacting me to ask me if they could carry out the work.
Excellent service done to timescale promised on booking. Friendly and polite service team. Very comfortable waiting area with excellent facilities. Car returned spotless after being vale tend.

Always given first class service
As a mother with a toddler I need a car during the day. Its a shame it's such a struggle to get one as a pick/up drop off. Service is quite pricey compared to other makes for an base level car.
Everything what I wanted done was completed to a high standard .
When I phoned back to try and get help , there was no prompt response. I was always left waiting.Nobody rang me back.

The warranty work was carried out without issue. However I also asked for a quotation for bodywork repair and now three weeks later I have not yet had a response.
Work completely to a satisfactory standard in a timely fashion. Good communication from the service department.
TPMS light had come on along with a message on the dashboard stating that the sensors are unable to read tyre inflation (most likely due to fault as the tyres are inflated). I asked that this be looked at but when the car was returned, it came back.
It was only an MOT but to the best of my knowledge everything is fine

The car has been back in several times to address the same reported faults without resolution. More recently, my car was damaged while in your care and although the issue resolved, it was implied that you had no responsibility for the damage.
I was escorted to the car, on completion of the service, given the keys and advised all was well. I excepted therefore the paperwork to be in the car. It wasn't, I had to tel. & have it emailed to me.

I thought it was all fine until I got my car back and found that my rear wiper was broken, car was filthy and that I requested my alloy to be refurbed to then get my car back to find out without the infromitice of your staff to find my alloy damaged

From booking to vehicle collection, end of warranty service, M.O.T. and delivery I was very pleased with service I received.
I booked a Maintenance Service and explained at the same time that I needed a tail pipe sleeve replaced. I had to return to have the tail pipe fitted. This was inconvenient as I live a fair distance away, particularly as it took over 1.5 hours.
This was my first time at Rybrook and I will always use them from now on. The team at the dealership was excellent especially Abbie Scarrott. She made me very welcome, and was very open and responsive to my car's needs.
BMW Rybrook's service was ok but the billing issue (see comments above) was very disappointing.
Cannot say anything negative about Michelle Fall or David Preece or any other members of Rybrook team.

Service experience, having a pleasant and quiet environment in which to work while I waited and fixing the only fault I have had in the car.

Booked the car in. Left the keys. They drove me round to a little snack bar. Didn't pay though. I came back sat around for a while. Car was ready. Paid up. Spoke to sales executive (not a salesman) about my new car then drove home. Good
