Battery was changed without a problem, but as an addition, a small piece of interior trim had come loose, they refitted it without being asked.

Booked for front pads. Told it would be around 1.5 hours - opted to wait. Arrived early for my 12:00 appointment. At 1:20 the service advisor advise that it needed front pads and discs. Should have been told the car was ready not just starting!

The one hour estimate to complete the work was a little tight. Longer is ok but need to know for planning other commitments.

Booking was for an MOT - Rybrook gave me a courtesy car, did the MOT, no issues, and no bill - really good service, and nice to not have any nasty surprises or cynical attempts to take money.

My only disappointment was that the courtesy car was a bit grubby on the outside. An apology was given straight away when I was given the car so that made up for it but I felt that I was less valued as a customer because if this.

BMW failed to replace all 4 wheels on my X5 that suffered corrosion on the centre part of the alloys. This is a common & well known problem. BMW did agree to replace 2 if I paid for 2. The dealership replaced the other 2 as a good will guester.
