Brilliant, outstanding customer service - although there were issues these were resolved without hesitation and surpassed my expectations.

During service was called to be advised that air con service required as BMW state this must be carried out ever 2 years, but it's not part of the 4 year service plan sold with the car. If it's a must be done surely it should be part of the plan?
The vehicle was in for MOT, Full Service and Brake Fluid Service. So the car has been thoroughly checked. Yet I have to return in a month to have the Vehicle Check carried out, which is inconvenient. Why can't these be synchronised?
Rybrook always goes the 'extra mile' in customer service. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them, unlike my local BMW dealer.

I would have given it five star, if the person who cleaned my car had completed it.
You have to trust any company to do the servicing as stipulated by the manufacturer. I have dealt with Rybrook Motors for many years and have not found any deviation from BMW's recommendations.
Rybrook were very prompt, sympathetic and helpful in dealing with my boot that I could not open. I needed the car to go on holiday.
The person in the service department was excellent.

Smooth and easy transaction only slight niggle is that service department seemed very thin on staff, they what time people have said they will drop off cars but people waiting as only 2 advisers working one of which wasn't dealing with any customers!
that all was OK with it, I was annoyed that I later found that a nail in the tyre was causing the problem. This has been the only criticism I have had with Rybrook, Warwick.I would most certainly rank your service highly and indeed have no hesitatio
Efficient and fast service.
Service advisor had no idea about my car, didn't have the paperwork handy, she also tried to give me a manual car having booked an auto/suggested I wait for several hours for a car to be available, never sent me rust clean for running boards
Some of the service I have received deserves 5 stars particularly when I bought it. However on two occasions I have been told someone would call me back and these never happened and I had to chase
The service work was done on time and the car was returned clean but the drivers floor mat had been changed without my knowledge and the mat does not completely fit correctly. it is also unfixed and moves about. The original mat was much better.
They collected my car and returned it whilst I was away on holiday.
Service dept. staff are friendly and very capable. I like the continuity of senior staff members even though the branch has changed owners a number of times over the years

Always good as usual
Representative was keen to point out 'time slot' - wife arrive, told they were 'busy'. It took 4 hours instead of the 1.5 advised. Discovered that a small amount of money was stolen from car. Response was 'you can call the police' = ridiculous.

Because the car was returned with my dashcam removed and cable pulled out of the headlining, plus mat was upside down and on the throttle pedal
Further to above, should my car require several hours of attention, I am driven home and either collected upon completion or the car is returned to me by a member of staff.
I specifically asked for my seat position NOT to be altered and it was in several ways. I even left a note in the car saying please do not alter my seat. Most disappointing

I was contacted to have the service done - booking was quick and easy. All went according to plan and the car came back on time and in excellent state.
As theinteriror of the car was damaged during the service , I am waiting for contact to resolve the issue

Always an exceptional service all round
The service is always professional but the basics sometimes are missed. As an example my car was washed and hoovered as part of the service. These jobs were clearly rushed and not carried out to a standard I would expect.

It would have been completely satisfied if it weren't for the way the staff on the reception desk attempt to intercept me as I enter the premises. If I don't know where to go I would stop and ask. I do not need them to attempt to direct me.

See above - the service was for my wife's car. The agent called her and when she called back he was busy. I then got a call at around 4 to say she hadn't called, which she had. That left little time to get the car repaired - very poor I felt.
everything was done on time
The work was done exactly as rewuired, with sensuble costs and the car returned nicely cleaned to the time we had agreed, with a confirmation call to day the car was ready for collection.
The staff are always polite, very responsive, and the service performed in a timely manner.

Rybrook Warwick were outstanding. I visited this centre as they were offering an exceptional deal on the M Performance Power and Sound Kit. My initial enquiry was via Lloyd with Jack as the SA during my visit. Both staff were a credit to BMW.
The consultation and people involved made sure that I had nothing to worry about. They advised me of the best options etc. But were never forceful in there approach which to me personally I found extremely engaging.
I was kept up to speed through the entirety of my wait.

Not advised that the key had been reset. I have had a couple of near misses because the unlock buttons for the tailgate are not as I programmed them, so when I want to open the glass hatch, the whole boot has opened instead hitting a wall

Unable to conclude issue relating to bluetooth connectivity which is a key feature. Appreciate that the team needed more time which I was not able to give on this occasion but I do need to get the issue fixed.

It took over 15 mins from arrival both when I brought the car in and when I collected to seeing the booking in/out person. This in my opinion is too long.

Expensive diagnostic costs, little effort to take my case to BMW, I was collected in a small Peugeot hatchback and then kept waiting for a long time to get my car back. If I'd known, I'd have walked. I think my car's problem was fixed.

I feel like I got a good deal and was looked after by the salesman. In hindsight the actual choosing of an available car was rather rushed. I wished I had been talked through the packages and optional equipment that were available.
