The whole experience was what I would expect. They delivered.
Bonnet only latched on one side valet 'good enough' but no better great furniture in recep[tion/service but little customer rapport tried to interest my wife in an i3, but absolutely no new/used sales assistants had any interest
Michelle Fall dealt with my repair booking and was extremely helpful and competent. I had a deadline for the work to be completed as I needed my car to travel abroad. Michelle pulled out all the stops to ensure that the work was completed on time.
The service receptionist was very helpful, although there was a mix-up over the type of booking, and I had to wait to be seen. Sytner Swansea gave better feedback, but Warwick was OK
Great salesman (David Preece), looked after me from start to finish! Even when I had a small problem, it was fixed quickly and I was not inconvenienced at all.

From the friendly welcome at reception to the excellent personal service, nothing is too much trouble for the team at Rybrook Warwick.
Veh serv by you, have extended warranty, tyre/alloy cover. Serv before last, enquired about alloys for touch up,told can't fit in, dept was busy. Serv just only 2 out of 4 alloys allowed warranty limit. Could of had 2 last serv & 2 this serv, unhappy

Service was okay, when you get your car serviced yearly in the same garage (Worcester) expectations will be the same or met but never happened. My car wasn't even washed after service, it was pure business in that garage.

All good but the car cleaning was sub standard.
I agreed to wait the anticipated 1.5 hours after dropping the car off at 8.30am to change my rear brake pads. By 11.00am I had received no update so I approached the service desk when it was obvious the car was available half an hour earlier.
The hassle to get booked in for a safety recall was ridiculous

A ninety minute appointment turned into two-and-a-half hours and I was not kept up to date
Could not have asked for a better level of service from arrival at reception through to the completion and return of my vehicle.
No one called back to book service. Impossible to book service on line. Price was extortionate and when I asked, only reason given was that it needed a microfilter. That did not justify the overall cost and demonstrated no understanding of the fees.
I have used this dealership for purchases and servicing for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else
Work done to a good standard
I would normally respond by saying 'Completely satisfied' as the work carried out at this Centre is usually very timely and efficient. On this occassion the service itself was fine. However, I did experience a problem with my Engine Management System
Rybrook are awesome and have always looked after me. Even though I'm no longer living in the UK they still look after my car.
Steve in aftersales, James in sales and the service team all v helpful. All the centre console rattles sorted.
Not 5/5 as the software update lost various of my settings e.g. seat positions.

The car was collected exactly as promised and returned earlier than expected in clean and fully-serviced condition.
Wasn't explained completely the extent of my works carried out to the vehicle. I have now lost a permanent operational feature on Locking system that was extremely useful.
The service was completed efficiently; I mentioned that my number plate was delaminating and this was replaced for me.

Always good service - very consistent. Nice, pragmatic people.
No one called me after leaving a message to find out when my car would be ready so had to chase. When I did call again I asked how much for the repairs and told I'd have to wait till tomorrow so picked the car up the next day.

I was told that the sales department would be open Easter Sunday to collect my car. This was from 2 independent people. This was not the case when I needed my car and the dealership wasn't open.
Car still not ready for collection. However, staff have been polite and always kept me informed
Warranty work requested on squealing front brakes and driver's seat squeak not carried out. Velour mat on driver's side left completely soaked, requiring 2 days to dry out. Paperwork for service pack bought on the day still not received.
All the work was addressed and carried out in the appropriate time. Abbie was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle. Thank you Abbie, good job.
Would have been 5 stars but had to chase them to see if my car was ready. Service person I dealt with was on his day off and job had been given to someone else. Called enquiring when it'll be ready, as I had a 60 mile journey to get there.

Efficient and given me a new BMW 3 series as a courtesy (which I asked for), but did not solve my outstanding problem of the weak Comfort opening problem I have since I bought the car brand new. They just changed the remote's battery. Problem remains

As to be expected I can't fault the service I received when purchasing the vehicle, however the after sales service has been poor. I certainly didn't expect this level of incompetence from a brand such as BMW.

Again I am not happy at being asked to pay more than I was expecting which was not prior approved. This is sharp practise to say the least.
I only knocked 1 star because as soon as I opened the car the following morning I was alerted to the fact the key fob battery need replacing. Other than that a good service.

Yet again the service is excellent. An impressive dealership from the point you arrive at reception to the driver that collects you. Service is very good and I know this is not accidental as the service has been top draw for a good while.

Twice resolved problems with my car that a dealer closer to me was unable to diagnose. Also found Rybrook easier to deal with.
Failed to notice badly corroded wheels at end of warranty inspection - I have the pictures. If they missed the obvious how well can they have done the hard stuff?
The service was outstanding, however two months after buying the car, a light went. I took the car into the bmw garage in Leamington who said I needed new front tyres. Not changed yet but didn't expect this given it had been through recent checks.

My BMW had a leak in September last year and under warranty was repaired. I was very disappointed that I had to pay £80 because there was a suspected oil leak again.
First Class as always
Fixed the issue with my car first time. Kept me up to date and persevered with fixing the rattle on my car even though it wasn't immediately obvious what was causing it.
