The service experience has been reasonably positive however I feel that a call earlier in the day to say when/ whether the car will be ready would that day etc would be beneficial to the customer.

The service was outstanding.However I was first told I had an oil change and on the day of the service I was told it was actually a full service and the bill would come to £999 pounds which is a lot to stomp up with at short notice.

I was provided by excellent facilities to work while I waited for the service to be completedI was also informed in advance that an a recall upgrade was available and I agreed for this to be completed that saved me a second visit

Always helpful, reception staff are very nice and make you feel welcome.The times I have been in for MOT and service work, Rybrook have sorted out any problems without a fuss and are reasonably priced, and in the case of the MOT a very good price.

Appeared no quality control for the completed job. Booking in was swift. Collection less than swift. Kept waiting 30 minutes promised car cleaned it wasn't, (in or outside) and evident it hadn't moved from its car park spot.Staff forgot I was there!

I really like Rybrook warwick, I have visited sytner and a few other bmw showrooms and they are not as good as Rybrook.
Very helpful getting car repaired, we were always kept informed of how work was progressing and when the car would ready.
Friendly and amenable. Only small complaint was lady behind drinks counter who appeared to ask only some people if they wanted any drinks!!

I was pleased with the appointment time and they kept to time they promised. They just did and oil and filter change and a recall item and software update. No problems with the car but mpg has improved! unable to answer a question.

Keys for courtesy car were not ready, Courtesty car wasnt clean, wasnt shown how to use courtesy vehicle and felt rushed. My car had been rinsed but was still dirty. Agreed to complete 2 services in 1 to save me going back, this was not done.
The service experience was good and a loan car was provided. However, the car was returned with a deep scratch above the rear passenger side wheel. I am still waiting for Ryebrook to adequately rectify this.
Answers to my three queries/issues were given, only one needs further visit ( May28th)
The main problem on this occasion was difficulity in getting person to respond to calling back after abortive phone call,This happened one more than one occasion.

It took 3 calls to get a service advisor to call back or respond to a query while my car was being worked on. Had to insist that the Receptionist go and find someone.
The whole process was very straightforward and efficiently dealt with.
Service was booked in and dealt with with no fuss and within the time quoted.
They have tried their best to keep me informed and their Sales Dept have been helpful and accommodating throughout this protracted process.
Surprised not to be asked are there any issues with the car? on booking it in. Work done appears ok, but valet a bit sketchy.

Our booking was made to a time convenient to us. We arrived promptly, and were able to enjoy the comforts of the customer area, with very good coffee and plenty to read. First class. That's why return again and again with our 3 BMWs.
I am always satisfied with the service I receive and know the work done on my car will be first class.
While waiting for my car to be serviced there is a nice area to sit in and free coffee which is delicious.The service of the car was quick and efficient and staff know how to look after people who are waiting.

I have a rattle at low revs that couldnt be identified and is quite annoying!
Unfortunately the service indicator wasn't reset so I had to return to have that corrected.
Jamie advised me that I needed 4 new tyres, I asked for a quote but it was too much. I asked him to let me know the size so that I could get a competitive quote and he gave me the wrong size.

The sales person whom took my payment did not seem interested in me as a customer. There was a fault on the car ( that was not present before the job ) and the warranty form I asked to be filled out was not then when I complained it still took day
job done in the same day and in the time schedule given.Also parts quoted before job started as well as labour estimate, spot on
Only issue is the car seems to now have been reset to some default settings, which could have been explained or could have been set back as it was.
Seemed to be a long wait to be finished -asked for Service provider to be changed to Rybrook which they forgot - then took it to their Tech team for 20 mins- came back- went home and checked -Service provider HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED !!!! Poor show!!
Some ambiguity over price but that was resolved on collection.
Didnt compromise on repair, replaced faulty lamp unit no questions asked for brand new one in super quick time, even washed car after repair, absolutely 5* service!!

Every thing done on time and in accord with estimate. I was driven to an appointment while my car was serviced, collected and returned on time.
Work was eventually carried out successfully, but I was given information re cost and stock of parts over the phone which did not match what I was told when I arrived. The issue was resolved but I need to make an extra journey - part was not in stock
Would normally give a five , but was told this time that all tyres were in good condition (min 4mm tread), but closer inspection a few days later showed that two tyres were down to the indicators.
Great service from start to finish. Jack, as always, handled all requirements very professionally. My car required some additional work. Rybrook handled this very well and did everything to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced.
This dealership is very good when it comes to service. They keep you well informed and always resolve the problem. Staff are very friendly and helpful on the service side of the business.
As above although internal vacuum/clean could have been better when I collected the car hence 4.5.
