We purchased the car late 2023, salesman was friendly and helpful. Happy to help and guide us with colour choices. We collected the car in march 2024 on the day that suited us as a family. Staff were excited to share the reveal with us.

Did not do basic checks that any other garage is doing before topping up, made me waste time and money. Service representative was a good guy, I'd give him 10/10 , but his performance is sadly overshadowed by overall service experience.

Car was returned in a filthy state (caked in mud), despite being offered a wash on completion of the service/MOT. It had had a new tyre, so I think a test drive had caused the mess. Was offered a wash foc but didn't have time at the weekend to return

See response to Q1. Beyond that, i think the KDS check should have been included as part of the wheel replacement cost as I think this should be a fairly fundamental check given all the wheels were replaced. I paid for one myself subsequently.

REASON FOR NOT GIVING 5 STARS: Evidence polish used as part of complimentary wash. I was not pre-warned. Customers need to be told - their vehicle may have ceramic/wax application (mine did) which will be stripped off by polish.
