i waited while the car was serviced and it did not take too long.there is also a very good waiting area with free coffee and other drinks - also papers to read and tv.

I appreciate the cost of repairing the airbag fault to be quite considerable but the cost to replace the brake fluid was too high.

Recent work was done promptly and efficiently. Only issue was with the post-vacuuming; caused a problem with the airbag warning light staying on, which caused me 25 minutes delay whilst it was fixed. Have had issues caused by valeting before.

They did the service and MOT, and cleaned the car, then gave me the notes on the service to show what came up. That's good, pretty standard.
Service plus remedial work items were properly handled, and Jodi Wilkinson did what he committed to do. My vehicle was ready for collection at the pre-arranged time.

Basically as above, but will add that when Rybrook have not got a courtesy car,one is sourced from "Enterprise" & this is the only time when problems occur.Regrettably not enough room here to list what Rybrook & myself have had to putup with.
Took more than one day to complete the work, by I was kept informed and car was delivered back to me.
They were able to perform some of the service tasks needed but they left it till late In the day to inspect my car so not all the addtional work identified could be completed.
They make it really easy, pick up and drop back, and an update phone call

Service a bit expensive. I also requested and received a body shop quote. I have used the body shop several times before and, as always, the service was particularly good.
The service and repairs were done in accordance with your service manager's explanation.
The service experience has been reasonably positive however I feel that a call earlier in the day to say when/ whether the car will be ready would that day etc would be beneficial to the customer.
I was kept communicated with throughout the process and advised on any further work and costs.

The service was outstanding.However I was first told I had an oil change and on the day of the service I was told it was actually a full service and the bill would come to £999 pounds which is a lot to stomp up with at short notice.
