My only observation is that when you are sitting waiting and there are members of the service team at their desk, all looking busy to be fair, if 50% of them don't have a client with them you do wonder how long you will have to wait or how important

Marked this down because I had to wait a long time to drop my keys off with a service manager on a straight forward service that was pre-arranged and nothing to discuss. It would have been much better if I could have dropped them off at reception.
