My car was sorted, and I was back on the road with a new tyre fitted, and the car fully valeted at the same price the HIgh St tyre service companies would have charged for the tyre alone.
See previous comment. Just too much waiting around for you to deliver a 'personalized' experience. This is not what customers want.

Of all the local BMW dealers that we could use I find that RYBROOK are head and shoulders above the others. This is very definitely one of the main reasons we are purchasing BMW products.
Car was in for first MOT and brake fluid change. Also mentioned and later shown to the techy a whining noise the car is making when put into drive/reverse. Still making the noise.

Car not ready at agreed time
I would rate at 90%, as a few items were below expectations. 1) Cover was left off the diagnostic socket (near bonnet release). Later found in cubby hole in centre dash! 2) All rear seatbelts were left connected (I assume for test?).
Overall very good. My one quibble, could have valeted the interior of the car better.

Service personnel in the morning were brilliant, organised a same day warranty repair, kept me informed. The service personnel in the evening were disinterested, explained nothing about the cars end of warranty check findings.
From the welcome received upon entering the showroom to the outstanding service received from Mark in the aftersales\service department I felt that my business as a customer actually meant something to the Rybrook team.
The last time that I used rybrook Warwick was Three years ago but the serviceAdvisor remembered my name.good customer service.

Efficient & timely
A bit opf a mix up on the order of a spare part meant that it had to be re-ordered and rescheduled after sitting for nearly two hours in the dealership - could have checked this on my arrival. Thats said the follow up work was to the expected std.

They identified that I needed a service so saving me money and time. I had booked in for a winter check which I consequently didn't need. They were, as usual, helpful and friendly.
My Mini is eligible for complementary MOTs - confirmed by email this time - but charge was made. Happily withdrawn, although I did pay the charge for the last two years.

I arrived to collect my car at the time advised, but ended up waiting nearly 30 mins despite the car being outside on the forecourt.
Happy with MOT protect but service took an hour longer than I was told, coffee machine was broken and my keys were lost for a small period.
You delivered what you promised
The car had a number of warranty issues and a service dealt with, it was done quickly and easily. My only quibble is that there are many new staff who need some training and not to jump to something not being covered under warranty without checking

I left the car from 8am , I asked to look at a scuff on the bumper and give quote. I picked it up at 4pm they hadnt looked at it so when prompted, someone went to look and said they would email me. They did, I might have said yes there then though

Overall, good experience. Spent about 45 minutes longer than i needed to waiting for the car as the service rep had gone to lunch. It wasn't until i saw the car sitting in the car park and asked if it was ready that they looked for the paperwork
Service experience was great. Only the price wasn't. £700+ for front discs and pads and rear pads seems really expensive, even for a BMW
The car required action due to a recall, but I was not informed this would clear all the sat nav/tel phone settings etc and it took a while to re-install all of these.

After 33,000 miles I was expecting a full service including an oil change with the MOT. Ended up with an inspection service only, so now have to book another service within a couple of months time to complete a full service.

Took longer than anticipated as booked in time was not the actual time carvwent through as all engineers were busy. Note I was booked in for 8.30am

Had a few issues with the car but it was put right without delay and Rybrook Warwick dealt with it all with courtesy and professionalism. Extreemly pleased with how I was treated.
Marked this down because I had to wait a long time to drop my keys off with a service manager on a straight forward service that was pre-arranged and nothing to discuss. It would have been much better if I could have dropped them off at reception.
The car went in for a soft ware recall and since then on the radio DAB I no longer get the information, it just says what station the radio is tuned to.

First service with no problems
The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, a very friendly customer based service.
The only reason I haven't given a 5 rating is because I didn't feel the cleaning of my car was to the normal standard, the boot was not cleaned at all.
