Brought car in for a specific problem, but other problems were found, surprising as it has full service history at Rybrook. In fact been Serviced only 2-3 months prior and little mileage inbetween! In the end Rybrook were able to fix the problems!!

The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was friendly. Verona Smith was my service adviser and was friendly and very efficient customer service. Verona kept me up to date at all times. It made me feel that my business was important to them.

It was simple to arrange a service and MoT. The staff were Covid aware and willing to arrange for me to leave the vehicle and key, safely, without actual contact. Subsequently, I was incapacitated so the vehicle was collected and returned by Rybrook.
I was short on time and they did all they could to assist me to make sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible
