Tom at Rybrook L/Spa was brilliant. He saw us at short notice because our car was making a funny noise and went above and beyond to find parts quickly and at a very competitive price which made the difference to us keeping the car (it's quite old!)

Our vehicle was in for its first MOT and also a check over before it came out of warranty. We were unhappy with one aspect of the vehicle, this was pointed out to the service representative, the necessary action was taken to rectify the issue.
Tom Leach in the servicing department at Wybrook Warwick, was very helpful with an insurance claim, after a mouse chewed wires in the engine compartment of my car. He made sure that the car was mended in time for me to go away.

All great, only small negative was that my car wasn't diagnosed until late in the day/the second day so I had to leave it overnight. But it was worth it.
