Re occuring problem with bonnet catch and ad blue was topped up and charged though I didn't ask for it to be done
Despite speaking to service dept on the phone to book in, not all routine work was booked/estimated for and this had to be adjusted on the day.
Poor service, staff not helpful when investigating issues. Had to press quite hard to get any progress. Car was not cleaned after service. Dashcam was disconnected and I was not informed. Was called to bring car in following arrival of parts. Parts

It is not Rybrook at fault but have had issues with computer. Car returned 3x in its first 6 months-under 5000 on the clock. This is ok but never a courtesy car available so 50 miles round trip each time and no car for a day. Poor

Generally get booked in quite quickly, polite staff, decent waiting area with wifi so I can work while waiting, with range of refreshments available. Car cleaned and basic safety checks done.

They are the best,polite,efficient and very helpful,nothing is too much trouble. When you consider we are prepared to travel from Bournemouth to get our X5 serviced at Warwick it says it all Our local dealer Marshall's are hopeless.
As above, one of the main reasons for my visit was to get the issue fixed, along with an MOT and end of warranty check. The fact I'm still having issues is somewhat dissapointing.

Was told no loan car available, but driver who came to collect my car left his car on my drive but took the key with him. Also parked it in front of my garage, preventing me using another car parked in it!
I had to wait 3 hours for what was supposed to be a 1 hour job.
5 stars for Verona - excellent. 4 stars for Service Team who resolved a specific issue with the computer but in having to fully re-boot it I can now no longer connect my phone or other devices - will not accept my BMW code. Will sort out in New Year.

Failed to diagnose a 20% drop in fuel economy.
Almost perfect, some nightly communication issues between front desk and the service dept got in the way though.
First class communication and courtesy. I will not hessitate to recommend the service department at Rybrook Warwick.
My problem was solved and car fixed, the team really cared about what they were doing.

No problems for me, just took the car in for end of 3 year warranty check and MoT - free of charge - that was the bonus. Again, the service manager, although very busy, had time for me and got me through the system in the time promised.

When I collected the car no one could find the MOT certificate - I had to wait 20 minutes while this was sorted out. The dealer had replaced all 4 tyres and fitted runflats by mistake. I had to return the car and wait 2 hours while they were changed.

just brake fluid service so cannot comment other than to say one presumes it is done correctly! Car returned time in excellent order, beautifully cleaned inside and out.
I'd booked myself in for the wrong type of service. They informed me before they started work on my car to check it was ok. They also endeavoured to get it completed as soon as they could as they knew I was tight on time.
Quick, efficient, collect and return, and even set the tyre pressures (the warning appeared the day before the service so I couldn't fix myself).

Communication and updates on progress were very good
I waited 2 hours for the service - no problem I was expecting that. I then waited another 1 1/2 hours for 2 tyres. Drive home. Popped out on the Monday in the car and put it in my garage. On Friday tyre was split. Car not yet returned

First class service from entering the building to leaving it. Left car with staff who gave me a lift to nearby shopping centre and picked me up 2 hours later when service was finished. Couldn't ask for more.

Handled everything I needed with great courtesy and professionalism.
Didn't get a walk round of courtesy car so I could check for any dents/scratches . Young chap showed me where the car was parked and said it was similar to mine. He didn't wait for me to find the chair adjustment (which, unlike mine, was electric)

Steve Collett is an outstanding service receptionist and nothing is too much trouble. He is the very best I have ever dealt with.
Part of my air filter is rattling and when I looked into it it looks like the seal has not been replaced properly.

I booked my car in for a specific service but when I arrived I was told the computer said it was booked in for an MOT which it had already had earlier in the year. It was easily rectified but shouldn't have happened in the first place
Always good service and comfortable surroundings. I did ask for help for updating my sat nav...which I was told could happen when I booked..but was told I need to do myself when at the service. This, to me, is a difficult process..still not done.

MOT fail due to worn front pads when they were not below legal limit. Tried to overcharge on 2 different occasions and then try to get me to repay for my MOT even when the car was within the 10 day free MOT period.

I usually get a text informing me my car is due for collection. I did not get one.. also the mileage on my trip meter was unexpectedly high.

Having only driven the car for 2 weeks for the first month, the car was rectified, however more and more paint chips have become apparent. I have now noticed the laser head lights are filling up with condensation (which I believe a result of repairs)

Repair parts were paid by bmw, which was good, given the fault. However this was after we had the car checked and then charged for a fix that didn't work.

They did everything that was asked of them, and surpassed some points. The only slight whinge was the car had not been cleaned as well as it could have been on the inside - small gripe only.

Friendly, well organised service
Kept my car for 10 nights for routine work with little explanation as to what was happening. When work did not complete as expected they were not able to provide a suitable courtesy car, causing considerable inconvenience.

Despite my car being ready in the car park and that I only had to pay for the MOT I was made to wait for over 10 minutes before there was a sevice advisor available. During that time there were several people on the check-in doing nothing.

Unfortunately I was offered a car with heated steering wheel but it arrived without it. I was offered financial compensation, which I took.
The Sales man Jon at Rybrook was great. He sorted everything out. I had previously been to Sytner Coventry and Solihull, but they really were not that interested is getting me the best deal. Well done Rybrook you did exactly what you said and more ??

As previously stated aftersales contact has not been great - Even a courtesy call would go a long way. Also no "gift" upon purchase - On every BMW purchase a gift was given - Regardless of how small it makes it seem more personal.
I was completely satisfied with the Service from the Rybrook Warwick Sales Executive (Alvin Lee). Our first meeting was not a pre-booked appointment but Alvin quickly identified suitable available vehicles, including the one I ultimately purchased.
Throughout the whole process I was kept very well informed. Alvin was very attentive and went out of his way to make the handover as smooth as possible - even coming in early so that I could collect the car before work.
